Injury Claim Helpline is a trading style of Legal Generation Services Limited. We are regulated by the Claims Management Regulation in relation to Personal Injury Claims.
Our trained advisors will take details surrounding the accident you have suffered. Once the information has been taken the advisor will offer to place you in touch with one of our panel of solicitors to see if they can help you in making a personal injury accident claim.
Injury Claim Helpline do not give out legal advice, but we can put you in contact with a solicitor firm that specialises in accident claims and can offer the legal advice you may require.
If we feel that our panel of solicitors will be unable to help you, we will let you know. You still have the option to seek legal advice from elsewhere.
Injury Claim Helpline offer the option to speak to a firm of solicitors that specialise in accident claims. It is your choice whether you wish for that solicitor to act on your behalf. You have the option to seek a different solicitor. The solicitor we pass you too should offer you advice that is impartial and confidential. Any paperwork you may sign with the solicitor is direct with them and not with Injury Claim Helpline. All our panel solicitors are members of the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
Our panel of solicitors pay Injury Claims Helpline for marketing, call handling and other services. This does not effect the value of the personal injury claim that you may make with the solicitor.
